The Worship Committee helps to organize, implement and evaluate worship services that occur during the year.  Its overall goal is to engender emotional and spiritual solace and stimulation within the congregation.  To that end, the committee works with the Rev. Gail Geisenhainer to assure that all elements of the Sunday service support her sermons in an appropriate manner.  When the minister is not in the pulpit, the committee invites guest speakers who can offer exceptional programs to the congregation.  It also plans joint services with other congregations.

The committee is aware that members and visitors to our Fellowship have different needs.  It attempts to incorporate into services segments that appeal to persons of different ages, of different religious backgrounds, and on different spiritual paths.  The committee listens with care to members and visitors, attempts to manage change in an effective way, and is committed to constantly improving the quality of worship services at the UU Fellowship of Vero Beach.

The Music Committee, a sub-committee of Worship Committee, includes the Music Director, the Choir Director, and the full-time pianist/choir accompanist.  These staff members work closely with the minister and the Worship Committee to ensure that the Sunday service music enhances the worship experience.
